I’m Zoltan Varga. I’ve been building systems for thirty years — from banking and insurance software through enterprise knowledge bases to my own RAG and AI infrastructure. In 2013 I was named Entrepreneur of the Year. The through-line never changed: Attention. Decision. System. — turning noise into structure that works.
Today I work at the intersection of AI visibility and organizational awareness across Central and Eastern Europe. I research how an entity “exists” for language models (PEBM, arXiv 2606.21595), I build my own research system (GFIS), and I make organizations legible — so machines see them accurately too.
The thesis
Intelligence was never inside the machine. It never will be.
Neural Awareness is not a method. It’s the point where systems thinking and presence meet — attention to bodily and neural signals in the gap between stimulus and response. Thirty years of NLP Master practice, Ericksonian hypnosis, psychodrama and zen stand behind it, sharpened to one question: not “who am I?” but “how do I function?”.
The reconstruction test
A brand is not what you claim about yourself. A brand is what a foreign system can organize into a coherent narrative about you — from third-party, mutually validating sources, without you being there. What cannot be validated does not become a brand; it becomes a hallucination.
The test is simple: open three AI systems you’ve never told about yourself and ask each who you are and what you stand for. Identical story = you are an entity. Three different stories = you only have a website. This is the zeroth test of my AI audit — and this site demonstrates it on itself.
